Alice Pain, Bristol based Artist and Illustrator.
I am a freelance artist and illustrator with a passion for the arts and how it can be used for personal development and self-expression within our society. I believe that creativity can encourage positive change within our communities and ourselves.
Specialising in traditional pencil drawing, I create realistic interpretations of the world around us; commenting on narrative, structure and form. I strive to raise awareness to subjects unseen, exploring the history, aesthetic and human connection to the built environment. Alongside this I produce hyperrealistic portraiture, communicating my love of structural differences and the human form.
All prints are made to order, if you are intrested in buying my artwork please get in touch!
Education: BA (Hons) First Class, Drawing and Applied Art, University of the West of England.
